Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the SPDI Rules, YouInYou Philtech Foundation has designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints about personal data processing on Ojas.me.

We acknowledge and address grievances as reasonably practicable in accordance with applicable law within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.
